Information about the exam
The certification exams of DIZR e.V. take place twice a year at different locations around Germany and in Vienna. In order to give you the chance to take the exam as close to your place of residence or employment as possible, we cooperate with training companies with branches all across Germany.
Candidates take their test in state-of-the-art computer rooms. It is a supervised online exam. Please refer to the certification guidelines to find out how long the individual tests take.
Candidates have to prove their identity at the training centres by providing two photo identifications. The DIZR e.V. provides personal access data in sufficient time before the exam. The exam is structured as a multiple choice list of questions.
Allowed resources and aids
For "basic certificate" the following resources and aids are allowed:
- the original IFRS standards in German or English
- a calculator
- writing utensils
For "advanced certificate" the following resources and aids are allowed:
- the original IFRS standards in German or English
- the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- a calculator
- writing utensils
Candidates are not allowed to bring textbooks and course files or to add comments to their German Commercial Code or IFRS standards texts. Underlining and marking is permitted.
